If you claimed an item during a TikTok live, here’s how it works:

 

 

CHOOSING AN OPEN BOX AT LIVE-WINKEL

If you choose an open box, please follow this option:

  • If this is your first claim, you must pay for it within 15 minutes via our TikTok Claim Payment system, including shipping costs:
    • UK (UK - United Kingdom is Verenigd Koninkrijk on our website, please select those shipping costs to the UK ) € 26,95
    • Germany : €21,95
      (Even if you plan to pick up your order, you must first pay shipping costs. These will be refunded after pickup.)
      All shipments are insured.
  • Once you have paid, you now have an open box at Live-Winkel. We work with an open box system where the customer decides when the box is shipped.
    • If your box becomes full or remains here for more than 2 months, it will be shipped automatically.
    • Until then, all your claimed items will be added to your open box.
      👉 Always choose “Add to open box” when checking out your claim.
  • If you claim more items during the live, each item will be listed separately under your name in the TikTok Claim Payment system.
    • During each payment break, you can pay for your claims (unless stated otherwise during the live).
    • Choose “Add to open box”, as you already paid shipping with your first claim.
  • After the live ends, unpaid claims will be removed, so make sure you pay on time. Removed items return to stock and cannot be recovered.

 

 

CHOOSING DIRECT SHIPPING AT LIVE-WINKEL

  • Want to receive an item sooner? Choose Direct Insured Shipping instead of “Add to Open Box.”
    • Only the item in that specific order will be shipped.
    • ⚠️ Items claimed later or ordered via the website will not be included.
    • This cannot be changed afterward.
  • If items were still added to your open box, you can later place yourself on the shipping list to send everything—but you will need to pay shipping again.
  • When paying for claims and choosing direct shipping, do NOT select “Add to Open Box.”
    Only items paid with Direct Insured Shipping will be shipped.
  • Items already in your open box will remain there unless you place yourself on the shipping list.
    ⚠️ Be careful when selecting this option—it cannot be undone.
  • If you chose direct shipping, you do not need to add yourself to the shipping list, as your order is shipped automatically.

IN SHORT (FOR NEW CUSTOMERS)

  • Pay your first claim within 15 minutes, including shipping costs.
  • After that, you can continue claiming and pay during payment breaks.
    👉 Select “Add to open box” for additional claims.
  • Your box is shipped only when you request it by adding yourself to the shipping list.
    • Prefer pickup in Helmond? Reserve a spot on the pickup list.
  • Your box can remain here for a maximum of 2 months.
    • After that, it will be shipped automatically (low priority).
  • If your box becomes full, it will be shipped.
    • Full boxes are checked weekly.
    • If extra shipping costs apply, you will receive an email.

 

 

SHIPPING YOUR OPEN BOX

To have your box shipped, always add yourself to the shipping list. The customer decides when items are shipped, but the following rules apply:

  1. If your box is full, it will be shipped automatically.
    • Always double-check if you have paid shipping costs.
    • If multiple boxes are needed, you will receive an email for additional shipping fees.
  2. Want your items sooner? Add yourself to the shipping list.
    • This is free—you already paid shipping with your first claim.
  3. Your box cannot remain open longer than 2 months.
    • If it does, it will be shipped automatically (this may take up to 3 months due to low priority).
