If you claimed something during our TikTok live, this is how it works:

 

If this is your 1st claim, you must pay within 15 minutes via our TikTok claim live page, including shipping costs:
Netherlands €14.95, Belgium €16.95, UK €26.95 etc. (even if you choose to pick up your order, you must always pay the shipping costs first

Everything is shipped insured.

Once you have paid, you will have an open box with Live-Winkel. We work exclusively with an open box system. The “customer” indicates when they would like their items to be shipped. If your box becomes full or has been open for longer than 2 months, it will be shipped automatically. Until then, all your claims will be added to your open box.

 

If you claim more items during the live, each item will be listed separately on our TikTok claim live page under the name you provided or that we assigned to you. During each payment break, you can pay for your claim (unless stated otherwise in the Live). You can then choose add to open box, because you already paid shipping with your first claim. 

Every time the live event ends, unpaid claims will be deleted, so MAKE SURE YOU PAY! They will then go back into inventory and this cannot be reversed!

 

So in short:


Welcome, you are new:

 

Pay your 1st claim via our Tiktok Claim Page within 15 minutes, including shipping costs for your country (UK - United Kingdom is Verenigd Konkrijk on our website, please select those shipping costs to the UK)

Once this is done, you can continue claiming and paying during payment breaks. For your 2nd claim and onward, click add to open box, because you already paid shipping the first time

Your box will only be shipped once you indicate this by adding yourself to our shipping list.

Your box may stay here for a maximum of 2 months (for example, if you claim something on February 1st, your box may remain until April 1st). After 2 months your box will be shipped automatically (this has our lowest priority)

If your box is full, we will also ship it. Full boxes are checked once per week. If you still need to pay additional shipping costs, you will receive an email about this.

 

Shipping your open box:

If you want your box shipped, always add yourself to our shipping list. The “customer” indicates when they would like their items shipped, but there are a few rules:

1 - If your box is full, it will be shipped automatically. Always double-check that you paid shipping at your first claim as instructed. If it turns out after packing that you need multiple shipping boxes, we will always email you to ask whether you agree to pay the extra shipping costs.

2 - If you would like to receive your items sooner, add yourself to our shipping list. We will then receive a notification that you want your items shipped. This costs €0 — you do not pay shipping again, as you already paid it with your first claim.

3 - Your box may not remain open here for longer than 2 months. If it does, it will be shipped automatically (this has our lowest priority, so it may also happen that it stays here for up to 3 months).
